Recently bought a couple of cases - which I tend to do two or three times a year.
As ever, great choices available at good prices.

Pre delivery notification resulted in a wrong order, resulted in phone call. An expected delivery arrived next day and was also wrong. Another phone call. Never has been a problem before, must be the heat.

Helpful assistance and good prices

Sent the wrong wine, said it was my fault, but I didn’t order this wine, not even wine I’d drink. After 10mins of them telling me I must have ordered the wine, they finally excepted that maybe I hadn’t and aloud me to return this wine.. Not a good customer experience again.. Now cancelled all my wine plans, off to pastures new..

Aftet a couple of hickups i finally received my delivery. This is not the usual service i get from Lathwaites, but finally sorted out. The wines are always excellent and this delivery is no different.
